Accessibility statement

Version 1.0 · drawn up on 23-09-2026

Studio Primary (studioprimary.com) wants Bravik to be usable by everyone, including people who use a screen reader, magnification, voice control or only a keyboard. This statement describes how accessible Bravik currently is, how we determined that, and what does not work well yet.

In short

Bravik partially conforms to WCAG 2.1 level AA. If you run into a problem, email info@studioprimary.com. You will get a response within 10 working days.

1. Scope

This statement applies to the website bravik.nl and the Bravik web application: the public pages, sign-in and registration, the application after sign-in, the client portal and shared invoices and quotes.

Bravik is provided by Studio Primary (sole proprietorship, KVK 82701237), based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands.

2. Standard

We assess against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, which is also the requirement for web content in the European standard EN 301 549.

3. Conformance status

Bravik partially conforms to WCAG 2.1 level AA. Most of the application can be used with a keyboard and a screen reader, but not every part meets every success criterion. Known limitations are listed in section 5.

4. How this was assessed

Accessibility was assessed through our own evaluation in September 2026: a review of the web application's source code and a measurement of colour contrast in the light and dark themes. No independent external audit has been carried out (yet).

Following that evaluation we improved, among other things:

  • colour contrast of text, buttons and form fields in the light and dark themes;
  • a clearly visible focus indicator for keyboard users;
  • a "Skip to content" link and recognisable page regions;
  • a distinct page title per page and the correct language setting for screen readers;
  • notifications that stay while your pointer or keyboard focus is on them;
  • single-key shortcuts that you can turn off.

5. Known limitations

The following parts are not yet fully accessible. We are working on them; in the meantime we are happy to help you another way (see section 6).

  • Charts and complex tables. Some charts and complex tables cannot yet be fully understood with a screen reader or fully operated with a keyboard alone.
  • PDF invoices. The PDF invoices and quotes Bravik generates are not yet tagged for screen readers. The invoice data can be read as text in the application and in the client portal.

6. Feedback and contact

If you encounter an accessibility problem, or need information in a different format, email info@studioprimary.com. If possible, tell us which page the problem is on and which assistive technology you use.

We acknowledge your message and give a substantive response within 10 working days: what we will do about it and, if a fix takes longer, how you can reach the information in the meantime.

7. Not satisfied?

If you are not satisfied with how we handled your report, please tell us first via info@studioprimary.com. We respond within 10 working days and will look for a solution together with you.
